you are actually probably underweight. i am 5'4" also and the recommended weight range for me is like 135 - 145 according to most weight websites published. your body mass index is more important of a factor. If you have a bmi between 19 - 25 you are normal. under 19 under weight. over 25 overweight. greater than 30 is obese
According to the link below, your bmi is 15.8 so you are underweight.

Sounds to me like you are probably a little too thin. And I think maybe because you so admitly think that you are very over wieght that you might be very self concious and need to speak with someone who can help you. Because believe me if you let these thoughts consume you and get out of hand than you will develop a disease. Please understand me that you are not fat what so ever and I'm sure you're beautiful and that people who surround you daily and interract with you see that grace and dignity daily. So please be careful and talk to someone close about how you're feeling!

You are ANYTHING but fat, if anything you need to gain weight. For your height you should weigh 115-120lbs to be healthy!
