In this martial art demonstration 2 girls (about 110-130 pounds) jump on a guys stomach from a chair.
How can he take that?

It is very simple! there are two ways that he can take that,
A.) he is bringing his stomach up at the same time as the girl jumps on him that way he is meeting the impact that way it doesn't hurt as much
B.) he is tightening his muscles and guts!
C.) how do u know that he is not in pain he looks like he is in pain!

tht guy is getting hurt but is nt showing off may be he want to impess those girlss. if he is not getting hurt then why is he shouting when girls jump on him

I'm sure it does hurt but it's not hurting him that much because he's tightening up his abs or whatever.
