I know there is a way that, if i send a email to someone then realise i shouldn't have sent it, there is a way to delete it before that person opens it. I remember reading it on Microsofts website ages ago.... any idea???

You can use recall feature of Outlook. But it wont work if it was an external destination i.e. if the receiver is not on same mail server

Unfortunately it is not possible to delete or recall a message after it was sent

You would have to catch it in the Outbox, before it hits the Sent box.

I don't think you can do it.
But in future you should reread the email before you send it
or at least cool down or think before you speak!!

I don't see how there can be anyway of doing this. It would go directly to their inbox which is on the server and in their name. You would have to be able to access that to remove it.
