It depends. If the Super Mario Brothers are allowed to use all their weapons that they've ever had in their games, they would be hard to beat. But, if the Brothers Grimm could use any magic from any of their stories, I think the Marios would be in trouble. So, it would depend on the rules, I think.

Super Mario Bros would win because they have a whole jackpot of powers. Look at all the games, they can shoot fireballs, they can farm plants, they can eat feathers, wear caps, and ride dinosaurs. Among others!
