well, if giza plains is raining, then paramina rift is having a blizzard. one way to tell whether giza plains is raining or not, check ur map n if u see dat a secret area (u need to accomplish a mini-quest to make this secret area appear) appeared on the giza plains map, then, yes, it's snowstorm. =P another way is, enter paramina rift thru golmore jungle. hope it's useful!

Just keep zoning in and out until it is snowing. Kind of a pain, but it works!
