Why are the government and corporations covering up this environmental threat?

DHMO - This substance is incredibly dangerous, and yet there is SILENCE from the Bush administration and corporations, who are obviously in bed with the GOP on this - I've never seen a bigger environmental cover-up. See this site on dihydrogen monoxide:

doesn't surprize me at all that Bush has no concern with our welfare concerning the air we breathe and the water we drink...he has gutted every environmental issue he could during his tenure,,,he cares more for profits than our welfare.

The money is the issue cleaning up the enviornment cost a lot of out of pocket expenses plus on a global scale will reduce profits, the Bush adminstration doesnt wan to lose its corperate support base, but they are considering putting polar bears on the endangered species list as global warming has devistated teir population, a small step towards admission perhaps.

Uhhh, they are not covering it up, it is pretty much covering THEM up, as THEY are all wet.
