im turning 13 at 11:58 pm (its 9:40), what should i do while i still have the chance?

You have so long to live Ashley, and it's so nice to be 12. If I were twelve again, I think would sit quietly and try very hard to remember my whole twelfth year so that I might never forget it. I would even make notes, and then maybe as a present to myself every year, I would spent the last few hours on my birthday reviewing things. If you try very hard, and remember very well, when you are old, you just might be able to be 12 again for a few minutes. Good luck.

Happy 13th Birthday! I suggest that you should have a good nights rest, and come morning time call up a few of your friends to invite them to celebrate your birthday with you. Go out for pizza, then bowling (or something of sort), afterwards go back to your house and have mom make you some type of virgin drink and let your imagination run wild (respectfully). Enjoy!
