Chupacabra, Dover Demon or any other "cryptids"? Or are the cash rewards for them just a hoax? Any websites with info on rewards for finding any of these creatures?

i am sure there are people out there and organizations that are willing to give a rewrd for the capture or physical evidence of these lengendary creatures. Sorry but I don't know the name of any at the top of my head. I would advise, though, that you do not try to capture them. The fun would be gone then. People generations from now wouldn''t be able to say 'yeah i saw bigfoot' or 'yeah did you hear what the jersey devil did?' they would have to say 'yeah hes stuffed in some museum' or 'hes lying on some lab table being cut open'.

Once I read that a million pounds sterling had been deposited with Lloyd's of London to be paid to the first person to bring in a 50 foot long snake, dead or alive. When I read that, the reward remained unpaid. I don't remember where I read it and perhaps it was only 'an urban legend.' Now that I think about it, I don't know that Lloyd's would hold money like that???

Anyone capturing Bigfoot, Nessie, etc. could get rich, if he played his cards right, just on the publicity, book and film rights. At least Bigfoot and Nessie probably should be protected, though, so... Good luck!

Bigfoot Reward is Extinct
Friday, October 21, 2005

The previously announced $1m bounty to be offered for photos leading to the capture of Bigfoot or the the Loch Ness Monster has reportedly been withdrawn.

Famed cryptozoologist Loren Coleman had been due to announce the bounty later this month. However sponsors Wizards of the Coast (a Hasbro subsidiary) have reportedly decided that there is too great a risk of someone coming to harm attempting to win the bounty.
