I have a Creative Zen Micro 6GB-bought it two years ago so it is probably out of date by now, but I love it and it cost way less than a 4GB IPOD. It has only frozen up maybe 2-3 times in the 2 years and I just take the battery out and it's fine. The software that comes with it is very easy to use, I actually prefer it to itunes, which I also use occasionally. My brother has a 30GB video ipod and I think he likes it, but finds the video feature kind of useless. Hope this helps.

I have a video and I have had it freeze once. The first day I got it. I just let it drain of it's battery and then it was fine.

Nano. It has froze up on me once, and it pissed me off! I was at the gym, and I ran all the way back home (got it working) and then to the gym again 'cause I can't workout without my music! :)
