I don't know about the rest of you but I really would like to hear I am and the persons name or something about them versus White, Black, Asian, etc, etc, etc. Why are white people. Why are black people. I really do not care what color you are but would rather hear what you are doing and how you are. So please help me with how many of you are tired of racism and any ideas how can we stop this even one person at a time?

Hey, I totally agree with you. This has to stop. We are all the same under the skin! so, why do they think we are so different.
It is not about the color you are it's about what do you believe in, who you are, what moves your heart.

Good ideal, but there are some good facets to being "labeled" as a White Male vs a Black Male. I work in law enforcement and one of our biggest descriptors we rely on is skin color. If I am sending my units to a Robbery call ... wouldn't it make sense for me to tell them the suspect is a W/M vs a B/M? They'd be wasting time stopping everyone that barely fit the description given w/o it. I've seen many names that were shared by a multitude of people - with similar dates of birth and all ... of all skin colors. So, if your name was John Doe and you are a W/M, would you want to be arrested for the John Doe that was Asian? So, I agree that color should have no bearing on a situation ... but there are instances when it does make a positive difference.

No change can happen, good or bad, without communication. Some questions which begin, "Do you blacks think......" for example, may be from a questioner who really wants to know about something from a different perspective. Granted, that is not usually the case but who knows who's out here listening & thinking about the answers.

AMEN!!!! I hate it when someone thinks it is so important what race you are. Who cares?!?! Certainly not me!!! There are people in every race that are stupid fools. Just because you are one color does not mean you are any better than anyone else...Why does it matter what color you are???? I am personally fed up with the matter but doubt there is much we can do about it. I think it has alot to do with the way you are raised and some people with never stop being racist. No matter how ignorant and stupid it makes them. I mean they seriously need to get a life and stop worrying about what color someone is.......

try to speak more and more people about your views, i think it will change some people's mind and continue changing, b first to change the mind set of society. It is a good cause for huminty and u can do it.

You all are in the wrong sections with the wrong kind of questions it seems. This is cultural groups section so if you want to integrate instead of segregate, you'll go elsewhere. Makes sense to me! You don't have this in other areas so much.

I am tired of racism but we can't stop it because there are differences between us. Only when we are one will racism stop.

im sry but there is no solution to this problem. i ttly agree and i wish there wuz but hun i hate to say it but we cant fix it as much as we want to it cant be fixed.
