it seem hes not the person for you if you and bound to him in marrage or he's a relation i would start with apologies even when its not you fault it helps to put things on the table dont let the sun go down without making up or you wil tie a rope around your neck

First you can find out what you are doing to piss this person off, then stop doing it. If it is something you don't have control off (like breathing the same air), realize you can please everybody and tell that person to kiss where the sun don't shine.
