I just LOVE anime and I am trying to find something that is nice to see/read.

What you like in anime and manga depends on your age. Here are some suggestions that I would give:
1) Bleach (anime/manga):
* mostly action, some comedy
2) Naruto (anime/manga):
* action, plenty of comedy, sometimes sad (depends on your likings)
3) Ouran High School Host Club (anime/manga):
* yaoi, romance, comedy
4) Fushigi Yugi (anime *quite old* /manga):
* romance (a lot of it), comedy, action
5) Azumanga Daioh (anime/manga):
* story of highschool girls, Very funny
6) School Rumble 1 & 2 (about the same as above)
* same as above
7) Fullmetal Alchemist (anime/manga):
* Quite a sad story, action, a bit of comedy
8) Inuyasha (anime/manga):
* romance, comedy, action, old Japan ( kinda has history, I guess)
Well, that's all I can think of for now, well off the top of my head, I've read too many to remember. If you like romance and drama, you may like to watch Korean Dramas as well. Depends on your taste.

Nausicaa: Valley of the Wind, Cowboy Bebop, Lupin III, mArs, Revolutionary Girl Utena, Grave of the Fireflies, .//hack, Full Moon wo Sagashite, Princess Tutu, Princess Princess, Nadia: The Secret of Blue Water, Wolf's Rain, The Cat Returns-Whispers of the Heart-yeah, just about anything by Studio Ghibli, be sure to check out On Your Mark!-Petshop of Horrors is a good manga, but a lousy anime, Vampire Hunter D (either version, if you can stomach the crappy animation of the first) Escaflowne, and purely for historical value-Akira and Ghost in the Shell.

Naruto the first series is great. if you're into ninja.
Boogiepop has really great story line. A bit creepy.
For good humour and action maybe One Piece xP
For the drawing um.. Angel Sanctuary maybe =] and DN Angel

the gantz series is good, also check out evangelion....it is a true classic
