There's the Seattle waterfront, the Space Needle, Quest Field, Safeco Field, Woodland Park & Zoo, Discovery Park, Ye Olde Curioscity Shop, Burke Museum, Pike Place Market. Good catfish is Catfish Corner, they have the best around I think. Oh, there's also the International District to check out.Though I don't know why it's called that instead of Chinatown as that's what it really is.

As far as restaurants are concerned, there are a ton of options but check out the Noodle Ranch on 2nd Avenue between Bell and Blanchard for some reasonably priced Asian fusion cuisine.

Seattlest is a great Web site, because it's written by locals, and updated daily. The problem with traveler's Web sites is they don't take into account the fact that it's monsoon season right now.

If you're gonna need internet may I suggest taking your laptop on over to On-Line Coffee or you can use one of their's. It's my fave spot for sipping a latte while job searching or returning emails. They play some really good music there, too. Welcome!
