I agree with you about Bill - I lost alot of respect for the Democrat party - not only because of the adultery thing, but he signed a "peace" agreement with terrorists (the Oslo agreement) - he's so naive - we all know how the Oslo agreement turned out. I think that Hillary and Bill as a couple probably together ruined things for the democrats the first time and whether it's as first man or first woman - they're capable of doing it again. I don't think that they can finish off the Democrat party though - I mean - there are such a wide range of what we call a Democrat vs. Republican - when you're talking about a moderate - they could both vote the same way. Regardless of the party - they don't always work things the way we want them to or vote the way we expect them to. I don't think the President regardless of their political party has the power we think that they have. Their decisions are carefully weighed by so many other people and advisors. They get pressure from a number of different sources - they don't just act on their own. There would be enough decent democrats to save them I hope.

Actually i think Clinton was an exceptional polititian. That's why he served 2 terms and left office with a 60% approval rating. The next two bozos, Gore and Kerry, ran terrible campaigns and were outspent, out worked and out foxed by the GOP.
Hillary, who knows. I hope she doesn't run - I'm looking for someone else to lead the Democratic Party back to the White House. Edwards? Biden? Obama ain't got it, either. A feel good vote that will lose.

I don't believe that Bill Clinton is the worst thing that ever happened to the Democratic Party....I believe the influx of radicals in the late 60's and early 70's had much more to do with it. Mr&Mrs Clinton are simply examples of Hippies all growed up, if you will, and did indeed do much damage to the credibility of the Democratic Party. Not the adultery thing...the perjury thing, and mostly the Democratic Party's lockstep defense of Bill did the worst damage. I don't think Hillary will be President simply because too many Americans simply don't trust her. It was she that fired everybody in the travel office and then tried to slander their boss, it was she that played "oopsie! Oh, here they are!" with the Rose Law Firm files that were subpenad(sic, my spell checker isn't working for some reason..sorry), it was she that tried to put forth a program to socialise medicine and put 1/7 of the US economy under government control. It has nothing to do with her "being a woman" as some halfwits have suggested, as many Republicans would be happy to see Condi Rice run (myself included). It has to do with trust.

Yeah, the Republicans had everything alright, if you want to include Newt Gingrich. Oh, he had to resign because of a small ethics issue....Oh, and then it was Livingston of LA...I believe he had to resign, too. I think that's when the Repubs tried to shutdown the government by delaying the vote on the budget. I believe that backfired. Who balanced the budget and left with a 2 trillion dollar surplus? Who created 23 million new jobs? And if you remember, Clinton left office with a 57% popularity rating, slightly higher than Saint Ronnie Reagan. Bush didn't win the majority of votes. Al Gore did by 500,000. Bush only won the presidency because the Supreme Court refused to count all the ballots cast in FL--chads or no chads. And by the way again, Clinton is the most popular statesman/diplomat in the world today. He can also speak with clarity and uses complete sentences when explaining the issues. Didn't he also work with Bush, Sr. to help Katrina victims and also those from the tsunami in Asia? You need to go back and take a US History course because your comments don't match the facts!
I can also guarantee you that after 8 years of Bush, the Democrats, Hillary or no Hillary, will overwhelm any Republican on the ballot. As Bush once bellowed: "Bring it own!"

Hillary is a different person from Bill Clinton. Thus, Hillary can be a different person with regards to the Democratic Party.

Both Clinton and Hillary, even Bush represents various interest groups of US society, who do not have noble human values except business benefits. Do not expect more, whoever may be the person at the helm of affairs.
The US Society, which looks women as a toy or an vehicle for entertainment only, may witness a sea change in their concept once Hillary became President. But that may not have any great impact on the remaining part of the world.

the answer is yes. as u state, billy was a perfect example of a corrupt politician and someone that helped himself and himself only. as u stated the party suffered.
and yes, hillary would do the same. however that mistake wont be made twice and hillary will not win.
third--the democrats have become so radicalized that they only have themselves to blame for minority status.

Hillary will never win for two reasons: number one, she is a woman and number two: she is married to Bill. America is not going to elect a woman for president any time in soon; I am doubful that it would be anytime in this century, and would be willing "to bet the farm" on it.
