How to you transfer bus to skytrain?

Question

i live i Richmond,BC,Canada and i want to go to the G.M Place in Vancouver. I've checked the web and they said that i have to transfer from Bus to Sky Train. i've never transfered before, so i'd like to know how to transfer?

In Australia we would step off the bus walk over and get on the train. I've always found that if you grab your bags and have the correct ticket this is a relatively easy and painless exercise. There is usually someone around that will tell you were to go if the way is not clearly marked. Or better still ask the bus driver "which way to the sky train?" before you get off.
I'm sure you Canadians would have a similar system in operation.
