It's an import and every one know they suck. But get you calipers replaced. You have one that stuck. You should get both of them replaced at the same time for your own safety.

It could be a balance problem with your tires. There is a slight possibility and I've seen this happen a few times that a rotor on your car may have lost it's balancing weights. Yes a cars brake rotor needs to be balanced too. No you can't get them balanced...You'd need a new rotor if this were the case. . I can't tell you about the smell though. Is the shaking in the steering wheel or the whole car? If your car is equipped with a steering dampener and it is bad it will cause the whole car to shake. A steering dampener is like a little shock absorber for your steering linkage. I can't remember if Jags have them. Just thought I'd throw that info your way because it is over looked when shaking symptoms occur. PS... It didn't do it before what? Was it fine one day...Like you went 70 plus and nothing? Then you get in your car and it did it and would do it ever since?

your shake is because you probably have warped rotors so you need to get your brakes done. the burning rubber can be anything thats rubber on your car so turn it on and just check to see where the smell is coming from and fix it. the waste of gas is an i dont know it could be many things maybe your fuel lines are gashed or something so theyre leaking fuel but thats pretty unlikely or maybe if you havent change the air filter that helps sometimes. other then that i wouldnt know why you eat too much gas maybe dont drive so fast?

The smell is probably from the oil leaking from the motor and burning off..
As Nightmare insinuated, if it was a '92 Tempo, Beretta, or K-car it woulda been toast a long long time ago.

the shake and the smell could be from the tires needing to be rotated and balanced , also the brakes may need serviced. the gas problem could be a number of different things. your fuel sensor could be bad, you may need to replace your air filter, a clean air filter can increase fuel efficiency.

Sounds like a sticking brake calliper. If it pulls to one side, check if the brake's jammed on that side.
