Politics would not equivalent smarts. What equals smarts is which state has the greater useful-appearing faculties, greater proportionate graduates, larger-attained stages, etc. Vermont wins that via a great way. As yet another poster reported, AL is low. and that i could understand. I stay here. considering being here, i've got been spoke of as stupid via a guy who could no longer count form or spell numbers. i've got additionally been denied cashing my mark downs bond at a financial corporation by using fact "I wasn't lifeless yet". I additionally knew a woman who did no longer understand what "Italian" meant. I additionally heard many circumstances that New Jersey is someplace in Germany. My mom have been given denied a job by using fact she reported she had a school degree, and the corporation did no longer understand if that meant she graduated extreme college. i've got been informed that foodstuff selections do no longer reason diabetes (in this; between the main diabetic states interior the country), and which you particularly could consume 2 foodstuff thrice an afternoon once you're pregnant, and which you will get pregnant if a woman kisses a guy, and greater! and that they have got been adamant approximately it! The nurses even provide you domicile cures, and the vets pray to your pets extremely than help them. there's an excellent form of mouth-respiratory stuff taking place around here. They even stood in a protracted line in ninety+ degree climate and decrease paintings just to consume a Chik-Fil-A sandwich; a sandwich they in no way cared approximately till they concept it hated gay people. Does that sound like subject-loose experience to you? Vermont wins.

Youre going to probably jeopardize her qualificaitons. YOu will have to contact your STate Department on Housing and Welfare to see what you guys will now qualify for.

Do not marry her tomorrow. Do not move in until you have squared away this detail.

YOu could be kicked out for violating her welfare status.

As far as I remember from living in Maryland. When you live with someone that reeceives medicaid or SSI, they have to report your income as well. Especialy if you are getting married. She may lose all her benefits and the apartment unless she talks to the landlord.

I think your getting married to her is going to seriously affect her welfare and medicaid help. Before you get married, this is a big issue you and she should look into.

Technically, you are not allowed to live with your girlfriend because you are not yet married. Anyway, if there are no complaint you can stay in the house and your stay will be legitimized by marriage.

yes, I'm sure you can live there, but since you will be married your income will now be considered by the state, and she may no longer be eligible for most state assistance.

No. This is a big and serious decision.

If you do, they you have to support her and her kids, so the State is off-the-hook, and you get hooked-on.

She would get in trouble if she continues to get support by the State, and so would you!

No. Someone receiving free housing cannot take in roommates. I knew someone who did this (Burlington area) and got caught. She lost her home.
