It is not in the town of Etla but in the small near-by farming community of Reyes Etla, (1990 pop. 1,538) in central Oaxaca State, Mexico, 12 mi/20 km NW of Oaxaca City, and 2 mi/3.2 km N of Mexico Highway 190. Take a look: http://www.aquioaxaca.com/sitios/srpen.htm
