The vast majority of political seats in this country have no limits on how many terms one can serve, this goes from congress all the way down to your city council, and even your board of education. This was not the way our country was origianally set up. somewhere along the years from our founding, rules were changed so that elitists could remain in control of government nationwide, the origianal intent of public service was to be elected, serve without pay or benefits, and return to your everyday life, look at it now, it's appalling. The only way to combat something like this is to vote anyone who has served more than 2 terms in any seat of government out. They don't have limits, so we impose them, we vote, we can change this.

I have always felt that 2 terms is plenty. Our gov't would not be as fouled up if this was taking place. I feel that the words "for the people by the people" have lost value because of these life long blood suckers.

Would You vote out a Representative of the people who was doing a good job just so that You could have someone else who does not have the experience take over the job of protecting Your rights?
Not. I didn't think so. Ask Yourself this very simple question: "How long does it take for a Bill to pass? (That is any Bill in any 'House" in The U.S.of A.) Too long now. Under Your system nothing would ever be passed.
