It was either N'Sync or Backstreet Boys. All I remember about the video is that they were all in five different locations. One of them was on a bus with a cowboy hat. I think one was in an airport? They were singing a sad song and wandering around, and at the end they all meet up and walk down the street together.

I gusse that's Show Me The Meaning Of Being Lonley.
The one with a cowboy hat was AJ McLean. Brian was in a hospital , Nick walking in street , Kevin sitting and watching a movie and Howie was singing in a cafe.
