I think jewelry is bad. unless he is already into it, I would steer clear.
What about:
A new belt
Key fob

Umbrella (maybe from Coach or Brooks Brothers)
Cuff links (if he already wears french cuffs)

Shave kit bag
Cologne gift set
Ties

maybe some cool colorful scarves and nice shoes...and an awesome pair of sunglasses!maybe you can pull off some jewelry like thick leather bracelets :o)
