I've been told that if I drank to much and decided to sleep it off in my car rather than drive, if i have the keys in the car at all I can get a DUI, and that I should through my keys under the car if I were to do this. Any truth to this?

It was only 2 hours reading last night, it feels good to know things.

If you are just inside the car sleeping it off, you canot get a DUI because you are not driving.
