the error reprt comes up and says i have to upgrade a my video card!!! wat does that mean???

thanks heaps but we just got a new power supply 2 mnths ago.
it shuts down either when u dont touch it for a min but not just with the one program. does this help

Right click on ur desktop and then choose properties and then got to Screen saver tab. Down, u will find the power button, click on it. Make sure that the time set in both Turn off monitor and Turn off Hard disk are quite reasonable. (not less than 20 min)

When does it shut down? What are you doing when it shuts down, are you doing the same thing each time or have the same programs running? Shouldn't be the video card, but you never know. Make sure the your power supply is running and blowing out air. This may be the problem and may need a new one. Also you might want to open it up and make sure the processor fan is working. If you do this make sure you have a can of compressed air to blow out your system,might want to take it outside to do this. Good luck.
