First, despite the good intentions of the products recommended, I've been a tile setter for 13 years, and have yet to see any product that will take out anything like a grape juice stain.
What I would do is remove the grout. You can buy a grout-removing tool for about $7 at any Home Depot or Lowe's. It looks like a metal toothbrush, with serrated edges. Or if you already own a Dremel, you can buy a grout-removing tip for it.
48 hours after you've filled in the area with new grout (try real hard to match your original grout color -- a Home Depot or Lowe's guy can probably help), you will want to seal the grout.
Since you obviously have young children in your home, there are child and environmentally friendly grout sealers you can purchase, just avoid one with an impregnator. Again, Home Depot and Lowe's will have this stuff.
You can apply the sealer (obviously you'll want to seal the entire floor) with a small paint roller or paintbrush or cloth. Just remove the excess with a sponge.
Good luck!

Grape juice is probably the worst you could have gotten. Do you like Purple grout. Yes, you can and should have sealed the grout about thirty days after it was put on. Get out a tooth brush and some comet cleanser and go to work, then seal it.

There is a cleaner known as a Poultice. This is meant for deep stains in porous product, such as grout. you simply apply this to the effected areas, cover w/ plastic, and then wiped clean the next day. It will lift the grade juice stain out.
In a couple of days you will want to seal your grout so this does not happen again. Any store that sells tile , will carry this product. It is around $8 at Lowe's and is called Stain Lifter by Aqua Mix.

IF you have more grout on hand, and the stain wont come out via the white vinegar method, perhaps use some new grout over the stained areas... Sort of like your covering it up with a new thin layer. Then, perhaps you would want to seal it like the other poster said.

They sell a small tool they call a grout saw that has a small rough blade that you rub the grout with & then you can regrout.
As for sealing the grout if it's not fresh & clean it is a waste of time.
You just lock the dirt in.

Yes, you can seal grout. Check out local hardware stores (I know Home Depot has sealer).
As far as removing the stain, have you tried baking soda? Not sure if it will help, since the bleach didn't.
Check with the flooring specialists at whatever store you go to. They can probably help.

Comet and a tooth brush have worked wonders for me.
I've heard that you can drip candle wax on the tiles and scrape off the excess to seal the grout...sort of.
