I'd like to throw a dictionary your way. But, I also think that some people have a valid complaint about their figures. Genetics can prevent some people from getting as slim/fit as they want to. Diet and exercise can only go so far. Some people are going to need surgery to get what they want. I'd never resort to surgery, personally. If you don't like how I look, don't look. Simple.
