If your answer comes from your own experience, I would appreciate it even more. Also, I have used an Ipod nano 2nd generation, so we can skip that one.

Currently, I use a Creative ZenTouch 20gig that I got for Christmas last year, and Im quite pleased with it. Of course that was last year. Last I checked, the current equivalent was a Zen Sleek, more or less the same as a ZenTOuch.
Only problem is, as with much of technology, its in and out in a flash. I had to do some hunting to find info on them.
Currently on the website is Creative Zen V and V plus, which are $160-$180. Those are the 1-6 gig models though.
I also used a creative MP3 player before these huge hardrive players became mainstream, and have been pleased with the brand in general.

Good luck!

I have a Sansa® e270 MP3 Player (6GB) that I take with me wherever I go (even on long trips). The retail price is a little over $200.

I also wanted to respond to your e-mail here. When I tried to respond to the e-mail that you sent me, I received a failure notice, and I didn't want to give you the impression that I ignored your e-mail...

I would just save up more money and got an ipod video. Might want to also check out the new zune. Best bet is to go to a store and test them out.
