There are lots of free, open-source software products to help you get the job done.
For audio creation/editing: http://audacity.sourceforge.net
For 3D-modeling: http://www.blender.org/
For movie editing: http://www.jahshaka.org/
For PhotoShop-like software: http://www.gimp.org/ (special instructions for installing on Windows)
No need to pirate expensive, commercial products.

This is a question i'd like to know. Most advance programs are amazingly high in price. Made for offices and stuff. Any 3d game making software is gonna cost money. Good Luck.

This software makes games, its free, but more advance stuff you b uy another version.

Technically, you only need C++. But there are easier ways to do it. I haven't done any myself but there are some books that walk you through the process.

make sure you give everyone free games once you make them....after all ...you want free stuff so that means you can't charge for your work.
