I don't mean a strip club or anything like that - just someplace to get a decent lunch or dinner where the waitresses are allowed/encouraged to show some midriff.

Twin Peaks has girls in short shorts and skimpy "lumberjack" type shirts. The food is pretty good, and they have decent drink specials.
We go to the one near the Vista Ridge Mall in Lewisville, but their Web site says they have a new location in Mesquite also.

To go with an answer below, Skoot's seems to be a favorite among the men in my office. apparently Tuesday's are "bikini day" there. Bone Daddy's is in the same parking lot, like previously stated. They are on the border or Richardson and Dallas, off of 75 if that helps location better.

In Addison there is Ker's Wing house I think the food is better than Hooters

Are you sure you want to eat a good meal? I do not consider hooters as having decent food. Joe's crab shack used to be good. You have to decide: good food, or midriff.

Hooters, there's another "Hooters type" restaurant that I can't remember the name of. Look for the Dallas Observer (free weekly publication) online.
