of course FERRARI i think FERRARI is the best team and i think again KIMI RAIKKONEN is the best pilot.if their luck will be better in 2007 they will win the championship.

I think you have three potential front runners in Renault, Ferrari, and Mclaren. And of those, right now it looks like Ferrari is in the best postion. Mclaren look to have a good driver lineup, but they go into 2007 with Newey long gone and a recent history of reliability problems. Renault go into 2007 with what will probably be a fast and reliable car, but lack the driver (how would have Renault faired in '06 if Fisi had been their main driver?). So, at the moment, Ferrari should be expected to have a reliable car that will be on pace with other front runners, and a strong driver lineup that matches up very well against the rest of the grid. And I think the loss of Brawn and such at Ferrari is not so much a short term threat as a long term threat to how the team is run (ie, bigger question in '08 for them than '07).
Honda and BMW will most likely be competitive in many races, but are still not there in terms of competing for a championship. Red Bull now has Newey and will aim to step up into that same area. And Toyota has both some driver talent and a budget that always makes them a threat to do something, even if they haven't capitalized on either of those yet.
Of course, once the '07 cars actually get here and the races start, we might discover things are completely different.

Jeez, the dust hasn't fully settles on the 2006 season yet, so let's at least wait until the new cars have been launched and there is some test mileage on them.
At this stage, it's sheer conjecture to accurately predict which team among Ferrari, McLaren and Renault will win the 2007 constructors' title. It may well depend on who designs a chassis that best uses the hard-compound tires/tyres Bridgestone will probably to produce.

I really hope Ferrari, but there's going to be some great competition from Renault and McLaren as well.

Tough one, considering that we're barely going into 2007 and none of the new cars have been launched yet. But I'd say that, in the end, it will be the same battle as in 2005 (Renault vs. McLaren).
