its been two days that ive start my period and i feel this weird growling noise in my stomach and its not that im hungry because it happens 1 hour after i eat what can this growling noise in my stomach ? i know its not hunger help!!!

Pregnancy doesn't do that... unless you're close to your second trimester (13+ weeks along).
Could just be gas.
