Does anyone know what my status would be if I were to apply to pharmacy school after graduating with an MIS degree? Would I be considered a transfer or just a freshman? And could some of my classes be transferred over?

It probably depends on the program. I'm in a similar situation -- I'm considering pharmacy school after getting a BA in Religion. Right now, I'm working on getting the pre-requisites that I need to even APPLY to pharmacy school, since there are a lot of math/science courses that are required before applying, and I didn't take any of them as an undergrad. The pharmacy program I'm looking at (Univ. of Minnesota) is a professional program; you have to have a certain number of undergraduate credits at least (or an undergrad degree) before you can apply, and then everyone starts out the four-year professional program at the same level. So it's not like the undergrad credits "transfer" per se, but you need to have completed those credits in order to be accepted to pharmacy school.
