Reboot the computer, and if the boot menu comes up, select boot windows normally.

A reboot should take it out of safe mode. If it insists on going in there, then there's something wrong.

You can try pressing F5 while it's rebooting, and when you get a reboot menu, choose normal, but as a rule it doesn't go there unless either you ask it to or it has to. The more common question is how to get it to boot into safe mode, not STOP booting into safe mode.

Try rebooting, then if that doesn't work, boot with F5 and see if you can get it into "normal" mode.

It is in safe mode for a reason. Stay in safe mode and run a chkdsk /F in the DOS mode. The reason being, is the hard drive might not allow the OS to load properly. Also consider doing a registry clean and a virus scan. Some of your drivers might be out of whack. Once done defrag the disk then clean it up..

If you keep rebooting in safe mood try this > in safe mode go to my computer > right click on your main hard drive > select properties > select error checking and make sure both boxes are checked then reboot computer. Will run a system check and afterwards should start normally. But might take a few hours to complete.

Restart the computer in regular mode. Restart the computer and press F8, and you should get some options.

I agree with Calvin, but I wouldn't "tap the heck" out of the F8 button. Pressing and holding it down will work just fine. Let's give our PCs a little R - E - S - P - E - C -T.

power down your pc, and turn it back on.... it should start normally. if not, (assuming you're using windows xp) you'll have to power down your pc.....when you turn it back on start tapping the heck out of your F8 button untill you get to a screen asking how you want to boot... you should select start windows normally.... Good luck
