Iam currently selling DVDs and video games. Iam nt making as much money as I thought I would. Is that those aren't good things to sell on ebay or what. Please let me know some ideas you have.

Make a lower price, but a higher shipping price. When buyers select buy it now and go to lowest first, they should see your product.
Get better feedback
Use a better title, better description.
Spend money for features plus and gallery ads when you list it.

What a lot of sellers will do is pump the shipping costs up a little bit, say an extra 2 to 3 dollars per item. Sure it probably doesn't actually cost 7 bucks to ship a dvd but if your selling it hiking up the shipping costs a buck or two will give you a little more profit.

For dvd's the average price is from around .50 to maybe 5.00 depends on the dvd. You can get that much at a warehouse music store, they buy used dvd's games and cd's. For games just depends on what game and what system it is. You might want to try amazon to sell them on. Also make sure you put up pictures people like pictures and a good description.
