Don't get a DS. Psp is awesome. Anyhoot, I would get a USB cord because u need one to get media manager anyhoot!

Well, you'll need both eventually, right? What good is one without the other... unless you're going to use thrid party software.

My recommendation, if you're hesitant to just buy both you're probably strapped for cash. Buy the more expensive thing first (Media Manager) because it's always easier to get the smaller amount of money you'll need later on for the USB cable.

On top of that, with Media Manager installed, you could start compiling you media into it while you work on getting that $5 together for the cable.

On the other hand, I had mentioned 3rd party software. If you're going down the route (study the pros and cons, there are plenty of each) just buy the cable.

If you haven't bought a PSP yet and you're asking this for future's reference, spend the money on a DS instead. Far better investment.
