Do you think 38D are big boobs or they are normal

They are above average-sized, presuming that you are of average build. I am accustomed to thinking of mine (34C) as right-sized for me - big enough to know that they're there, but not so big as to get in the way of anything or to cause back pain.
Chances are that yours are just fine, but if you're having back problems, consider reduction surgery or a bra with better support (even if it's not as pretty as the ones you might like to wear).

It depends on your overall frame. If you are 5 feet 1, 105 lbs. with 38D then that would be considered large. However, if you are larger they would look proportionate.

Honey, I have DDDs. That's big.
38D is fairly big, but it's not big as in abnormal.
If that's your breast size (not trying to assume), you have nothing to worry about. You are normal.

i think they are definitely big boobs but i also think that you should embrace your body and just think how lucky you are to have big boobs when some unlucky people are flat chested. so think of them as a gift rather than a hindrance because without them you wouldn't be who you are.

I consider them big. That's the size I am & I hate them. Feels like I am carrying around 2 big watermelons, lol

I think it depends on the person...on a small petite person I believe they would be big, and a heavier woman they'd be normal.

it depends on what the rest of your body looks like...if your a small person than yeah they are big, ad could if not aready do damage to your back.

They are large boobs --- I personally like b-c cup size boobs.
