Search the web for the manufacturer and model number using google or yahoo. That should point you to some drivers for the camera. If its a twinklecam go here:

I assume you are talking about a web-cam. You can do the following:
1) Go to the company's website (try googling the company's name on "I am feeling Lucky")
2) Go to a section called drives/downloads etc
3) Enter the model number if asked
4) Download the driver, install and enjoy!

I don't know if you're talking about a stricktly computer camra...but you shouldn't need a CD if it's just a camra.

just google that code with the manufacturer's name and look for its drivers..its that simple. once3 found, download them and install!
