I'm going on a cruise, so I'll be in water often, but it's a nice base for me.

The only thing I could think of is to use Jergens Daily Glow in addition to the Mystic tan, so if the Mystic tan comes off you'll still have a glow. Just start using it a couple of weeks before you go and then continue to use it through out your trip

they have a lotion that you can put on before to open your pores that it supposedly 'takes' better & they say if you do a regular tan first & then jump in to the mystic booth it will have the same effect.

moisturize everyday and use a soap free body wash. it usually says soap free on the fron of the bottle.

Don't use soap...just rinse in water when you shower.
