If the guy's really skinny and the girl is really big, it's OK. One of my co-workers is a really heavy busty girl, and her boyfriend is much much much skinnier - sometimes, she lifts him up, cause he's way to skinny to even TRY picking her up!

That depends on the height/weight of the male & female. If the male is more weight than the female can handle, then she's takin a risk injuring her back.
