change the law on child molester?

it realy bothers me when a child moslestor only gets 5 years in jail
and does'nt care what happens to the child, this child is scared and strip of childhood forever, for the rest of his or her life. (this is not justice to me) i think these so call people should be in perison for the rest of their life, their rights strip from them
i don't want to give them my tax money to feed ,cloth, put a roof over their head, blanket and bed to sleep
pass a law on all persion and jails to support their selfs and their living accoadantions.

Yes Child Molesters should be punished more severely than they are and the laws on this suck just like the laws for DUI and Vehicular Manslaughter suck.

But you are wrong in saying that your tax dollars give them a "free" roof, food etc. The inmates have to get money for clothing, prescriptions, certain foods, toiletries and such. I have a friend in Federal Prison Camp Alderson, where Martha Stewart went and it is no "Camp Cupcake" it is a real prison with real dangers, her family has to send her money to wash her laundry and make phone calls home.

Child molesters are the scum of this earth. It offends me that my tax dollars are ever used to even house these disgusting subhumans. I would be in favor of the death penalty, with the manner of death and the privilege of executing it going to the involved family, and I wish I were kidding. We house this scum and then set them loose to molest other kids, all the while admitting they aren't capable of rehabilitation. Our justice system is twisted beyond belief these days. The jail sentence is usually the result of a Judge's decision.

I agree with you, pedophiles should not be allowed to ever intermix with society and certainly should serve extra long prison sentences. Unfortunately, some Judges don't agree and make decisions without regard to the damage done to the victim.

One way you can help is to recall or vote out of office every, possible in some states, every Judge that fails to impose the max sentence on a convicted pedophile.

You are right. The sentencing guidelines for child molesters vary from state to state. Some are quite firm - and adequate. Others, like Vermont are quite lenient. People in those states need to petition their elected officials and demand harsher penalties. There is nothing worse than a child molester.

it seems no one is taking into account the men who are charged falsely, first most child molesters get a lot more than 5 years some as much as 20 years , unless death or serious injury occur es, then it is usually life without parole, but, in every law or ?? there is always room for abuse and wrongful prosecution, such a case happened here about 6 years ago, a mans daughter got pissed at him, she got her younger sister to confirm that both had been molested, by their dad both girls were teens,the public was in a uproar, the man did not have $100,000 to retain a decent lawyer, so the state gave him a public defender "public pretender"and of course with our country's conviction ratio at 98,8 % conviction ratio the man was convicted the man of course lost his business, home, and his wife who probable died from a broken heart who swore to the end he was not guilty died 3 years later, then after 5 years the youngest daughter went to the authorities and told them the truth, nothing happened, that had their conviction therefore their job was finished, some one introducted the girl to a reporter WHO got interested and wrote a story about the incident, he got enough pressure against the author ties that they finally reopened the case, the youngest girl testified her older sister had talked her into telling this lie, then the older girl under rigiours questioning also broke down and confessed she had lied and conned her sister into lying also,the older sister got 2 years probation, the youngest nothing, the man was free , DID I SAY FREE? free from what? he lost his home , his family , his business. his wife, He committed suicide 5 months later, Remember you could be next,

When you lock someone up you are obligated to provide for their basic needs including medical care, food and shelter. If you put them to death within 30 days, its a done deal.
