I bent the pins back and nothing is bent because I checked. I moved the RAM and Video card in and out of slots and made sure they are secure. Fans are working on all accounts. I heard 4 short beeps repeatedly like 8 times total of those 4 short beeps. MY MB is M2V-TVM ASUS. What could it be?

4 beeps means the timer is not operational and it has to do with the motherboard.

According to
http://www.pcmech.com/show/troubleshoot/14/

8 short beeps means:

Your video card isn't working. Make sure it is seated well in the bus. If it still beeps, either the whole card is bad or the memory on it is. Your best bet is to install another video card.

Hope this helps.

9 beeps, then a pause, then 2 beeps, then a pause, then a million beep is a video card incompatiblity code. Is your card AGP? there is AGP 2x, 4x, and 8x-examine with the producer of the motherboard and the form of the vid card to be sure if that fits up.

If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.
