dont give the same ip which you have assigned to sme other system on the same network.
try with smeother ip and assing to it...
if you assign the same ip then it ll be a problem

Two of your computers are using the same IP address. Change the IP address of the one where the conflict is showing

Dear friend
the iP which you were trying to assign might be already assiened to some other system so assign other ip address , before assigning the address check whether it is already assiened or not by pinging with that ip like ex: " ping 10.33.70.70" if you dont get any response from that ip then only assign that ip to system
