It's not exactly spam it's malware. Go to microsoft.com and look for a malware removal tool. I had that problem too and it got so bad I completely wiped out Windows and re-installed it, losing all my data. Now I have an excellent firewall and top of the line anti-virus and spywear protection. Good Luck!
