Why do so many people want to twist the facts, want to say that if you are against the war in Iraq and you dont like Bush you hate America and you hate our soldiers? Cant you disagree with our President yet still love America? Cant these people understand that just because you dont agree with the direction this war is being ran you still can support our soldiers? Just because i think the leadership that has led our soldiers into Iraq has been a complete and total JOKE does not mean that i hate the soldiers and party when i hear more have died.

Don't let the warmongers get to you. Yes, to the far right contingent, if you aren't a Bushie and you object to the war for any reason, or have the audacity to hold a different opinion than them about this war, you are a liberal, or a traitor, or some other such nonsense. Extremism is not only stupid, it's boring.

I agree, that the soldiers (men and women) are not at fault, they are just going where they are told, and doing what they are paid to.

I give any donation money to the DAV National Service Foundation once a Month to make sure the soldiers who need medical attention have a Veterans Hospital to take care of them when they do return.

I don't feel good when anyone loses their life. The closer to home the more it hurts.

I mean it's just silly...

you can go back to the late 90s when Clinton sent troops into Bosnia...

Tom Delay, former no. 1 Republican fellow, said "you can support the troops, but not the war"... so they know what's going on...

when people say the things you're talking about...that usually just means that they don't have anything left to use in an argument... so patriotism becomes the refuge of the scoundrel

To hell with war and killing, I say send the war mongers over to Iraq if they support the war. I would love to see old Bush on the front lines in Baghdad!!!!!!!! I hate war thats based on lies and profit, and oh, here is a thought, Bush invaded a country and removed a sitting President of that country and he is to be hanged, I wonder if Russian President Putin invaded the USA and threw the president out of power if he to could be executed?????????

People choose to judge by first impressions, so if you disagree with the war, apparently folks see you as a hateful person. Such is not really the case. If people would stop to listen for a second, maybe they'd learn something (surprise surprise).

No, I don't believe that hating the war means hatred for America.
I think that any reasonable person would hate war of any kind. I hate it for our soldiers that are dying over there and their families. I love America and would mot want to be any in any other country.

You can disagree with him and still love the troops but the hatred has gone over board. Our enemies see all this and send in more suicide bombers to run up body count numbers to break are will to fight. They know they can not beat are military but can break are will to keep on fighting like in Vietnam and Somalia. Many experts said if we had stuck it out in Vietnam two more years we could have won the war.

Any one who would think that if you are against the war you are against America does not deserve to live in this glorious country. Freedom to voice our dissatisfaction is our right, without fear of persecution.
