best thing to do will b to buy a speaking dictionary.
oxford advanced learners comes with a cd. u install it and when required it will pronounce the word for u. the dictionary also helps u in identifying the phonetics of a word and how u can pronounce a word which is given along with the word in any dictionary.
there r others also but when OXFORD is here no need to look up to others.

English is not phonetics like hindi so you cant tell the correct pronounciation from the spelling alone. You can refer to a good dictionary for pronouncing guidance or better still just "LISTEN" to other englishing speaking people say the words (not hindi speaking people with fake accent ".

It's "pronounce", and which word are you talking about? "Word" itself? If so, "werd".
