my son is 3 mnths old and Im currently breastfeeding. My husband and I are trying to conceive again. I havent had a period could I still get pregnant???

Yes. You could get pregnant because it depends on the hormones of your body.
Facts:
1. The period after giving birth in which you will not get pregnant is 3-6 months post partum. It all depends on your body's hormones to protect yourself from pregnancy. Some people will only have 3 months and some may last up to 6 months.
2. You should still be using contraceptives like condoms and diaphragms if you do not want to get pregnant again. If you do, well, you could wait for a while. As I said, it depends on your body.
3. Give time to let your uterus rest. If you want to get pregnant, give it time to rest for at least 1 year. It is not healthy to conceive again so fast. It is not healthy for your body, mind and pocket. =)

Yes! Ignore the old myth that you cannot get pregnant while breastfeeding.
However, it will be difficult to tell since your cycle wouldn't have regulated as of yet.
You could try keeping track of your BBT's (Basal Body Temperatures) to see when you are most fertile and it can also show you if you might be pregnant. There is a lot of info on this, and a good website to try is fertilityfriend.com (no www). They have a lot of good tips there.

Why are you trying so soon, you should give yourself some time before you have another one. I personally would wait until my first kid is at least 9 months old before i would try for another...As for the being pregnant, i don't know.

please give your body more time to recover before getting pregnant again. You will have to stop breastfeeding if you get pregnant again. Plus you may regret not taking the time to enjoy the infancy of your first child.
