I just received a new phone for Christmas, a Motorola w315, and i planned on downloading a new ringtone from Axcess Apps, but everytime I try to connect it says that it can't connect right now and that I should try again later. However, when I tried it on my Dad's phone, a different model, I think a Samsung that he also just received for Christmas, it worked. I checked the box that my phone came in and it said that it has Axcess Apps. I'm just wondering why it's not connecting. I had an Alltel phone before this one, an old Nokia and it worked just fine. Anyone know of any solutions?

If Axcess Web does not connect upon the initial try after purchase, please end the attempt and try once more. It should load normally. Axcess Web should load upon first attempt going forward. If still no response from your dad's phone dial *611 and contact technical support through the automated system for further assistnace.

TAKE IT TO THE COMPANY AND TELL THEM THAT YOU ARE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE PHONE
