It would be a toss up between Dancing with the Stars, Prison Break and ER. I'd be happy watching either one for the rest of my life.

If it had more than one season, Freaks and Geeks.
But since there aren't many episodes of that, I'd probably choose something that has so many episodes it would never get old. Maybe The Simpsons or The Price is Right.
