Nooo!! Oh my god, what is wrong with you? If you're that worried about acne because of the scars, have you ever considered the scars that a cheese grater will leave? It doesn't take a brainiac to figure out that metal to your face will scar you!

Listen, if you have acne go see a dermatologist. If it's REALLY bad (cystic acne), then ask the derm. for Accutane. I took it and it killed the glands/hormones that produce acne, and now 2 years later after I finished taking it, I still don't get any breakouts. But, only take Accutane if you are serious about getting rid of acne, because you do have to take it vigilantly for anywhere from 5-8 months (depending on the severity of your acne).

Hell no! Something tells me that this would cause more pain and damage to the skin than just leaving the darn acne alone!

oh my i sure hope your kidding. my mother told me a story when i was a teenager and had my first pimple and from that day on i never touched a pimple other then to wash my face. so my mom works in the medical field and this lady had a pimple and she squeezed it so hard the bacteria got into her blood stream and she died. so yea don't pick your pimple. even if its not true you don't wanna be pit face.

I use a belt sander. If I dig in a bit deep I have found that Bondo works wonders.

do you mean like dermabrasion?

oooh I'd think you would have to be very careful. I've never done that....i've used a emery board before.....you have to make sure you medicate afterward to keep out any infection.

Yeah! Man it really works! People think that it would hurt, but it cleared my acne really well.
