Well, this is what yahoo supports.
* PHP version 4.3.11 and dozens of PHP functions
* Perl 5.8.7 and 12 Perl modules
* MySQL 4.1.12 — with virtually unlimited databases****
* Multiuser FTP for quickly uploading your files
If you want to use SQL, you just need to do minor changes to migrate to mysql & it is very simple. You can get help on any of the open source communities for migration. Check www.mysql.org for more info.

All the best.

yahoo does not support sql server database,it supports mysql,php and perl.so you have to register yourself with a different domain which supports sql server.
