No one is worth that much effort or expenditure.
I have been that angry in the past... But I learned that when you forgive someone, you do it for yourself... Not for them.
The second they make you angry... They win!
No one deserves that much of me No one should ever have that much power over you!

Paperverso has given a wonderful advice... indeed one hurts oneself in prolonging hate ... if one had indeed done a mistake but the anger was more than wanrranted for the lapse... think that he /she had expected a much better thing from you than a nasty lapse... it is the type of anger a parent or caring teacher shows... a sincere "sorry" would make them cool down....if it were a friend who had hurt you by mistake .... forgive him ... if it was deliberate to irritate or humiliate you, disregard it and do not honour it with even a reply... never never waste your cool by nurturing hate on undeserved events like anger... then we may have little energy to enjoy 1000 good things and people around..

i think the people have made me so angry i am still sickened my them!
hate is a very strong emotion and is used to fluently. u can only hate someone you have loved. u can wish ppl dead and so on. imagine them tortured. and all that. but to experiance true hate. those who have are in prison for killing their spouses or lovers, or their best friends, or they're parents. hate is beyond rage. beyond ration, and reasoning,, u could do anyhting horrible through your hate. but remember the cliche' love conquers all.

I'm still waiting for my ex to die a slow horribly painful death, or to get a good quality DVD of him being gang raped. Either would satisfy the hatred I carry for that asshole. I haven't talked to him since 1994, but I still hate him on a daily basis for what he did to me and my kids and somehow managed to talk his way out of being prosecuted, plus, he owes me (as of last Friday) $99,924.67 in back child support

yes and no, it depends. Is this person a really good friend, or an acquaintance? If your asking the question they must be a good friend. Right now you will be really pissed but in time you will forgive them if they are your true friend. I've had it happen, I know. Your best friend is your blood. It is an unconditional pact, you will forgive eventually.

Anger is the weakest of all human emotions. When you think about it, you will see that it is true. Please don't ever let anybody have that kind of control over you! Living well is the best revenge. If you can find it in your heart to forgive, only then will you be able to heal your own hurt. Live with love in your heart.

Yes. I don't hate him, but I cannot forget it and won't have anything to do with him.
I learned that it is not worth to hate anyone, it will only hurt me more.. I have learned to forgive, cause when I do, I am healing myself..

Yes, my ex-husband who broke my ribs and gave me a skull fracture. If I saw him today, I would have to immediately find a weapon to protect myself.
